The president of the Nigeria Archery Federation, Muhammed Abdullahi at the weekend emerged the Vice president of the Africa Archery Federation at the elections held in Pretoria, South Africa.

 

At the African Archery Federation Congress, held in Pretoria, South Africa, the NAFED boss also by virtue of his emergence as one of the vice presidents of the African federation, also emerged the President, West Africa and Central Africa Archery Federations, following the division into various zones by the Continental body.

Abdullahi, defeated his opponent from Cote d’Ivoire by 18 votes to 3, as he made history as the first Nigerian to become the vice president of the Africa Archery Federation, as well as president of West and Central African federations.
